How does the package come in the mail? Doesn't the food spoil?

No! We package all product frozen and protect the food temperature by using dry ice and gel packs (you can reuse these). Be careful to not touch the dry ice!

How do I store my food once I receive it?

Storing your food is easy. All our shipments come in vacuum sealed bags, ready to be refrigerated to thaw or thrown back in the freezer for long lasting storage.

Where do you source your food from? What region of Mexican food is this?

We source our food from local vendors and farms. Our food is inspired primarily by Sonoran cuisine and flavors.

How long does the food last once I receive it?

That will depend on if you decide to refrigerate or refreeze it. We recommend refreezing your food until you're ready to thaw and reheat. If you decide to leave in the refrigerator, unopened vacuum sealed bags will last up to 7 days. Once opened they will last up to 4 days depending on the product type.

How long does my food last if I leave it in the freezer?

We recommend consuming your food within 2 weeks of receiving your order. All our packages will be labeled with packaged dates.

How do I place a local pickup order?

During checkout, choose the "Local Pickup" option and we will have your order ready in about 24 hours.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

We will send you a confirmation email and text message that your order is ready for pickup.

Where do I go when my order is ready for pickup?

Please visit our Copal location at 5340 E. Broadway Blvd Ste 100, Tucson, AZ 85711. The host or hostess will grab your order for you.

Is there a minimum amount I have to buy to place an order?

No, there is no minimum but we do recommend ordering enough to make your shipping worth it. Free shipping on all orders over $300

Can I order just tortillas or buns by themselves?

Yes, you can. These can be shipped 7 days a week

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 continental US states. Sorry Hawaii and Alaska

Which mail carriers do you use?

We currently use UPS, USPS and FedEx. If you have a preference for mail carrier, please choose that option at checkout. All "Express" orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

How long does it take to receive my food?

We send all our orders with the option of overnight or 2 day delivery choices. We will do free 2 day shipping for all orders over $300.

How often do you ship orders?

We ship orders Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday deliveries- only if overnight is selected, otherwise it will ship on Monday.
