Refund policy

We have a 3-day satisfaction policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a correction. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mymexicanmenu@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5340 E Broadway Blvd ste 100, Tucson, AZ 85711

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable food. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We stand by our food and the quality we deliver. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right. Reach out to connect and we can review your situation.

Refunds
No refunds on perishable food. All food is made to order.
